The City of Hope is seeking a Registered Nurse, Breast Health Nurse Navigator to guide patients through the continuum of breast care, from screening to survivorship. You will coordinate diagnostic imaging, biopsies, surgical planning, and treatment with the multidisciplinary team.
Ideal candidates have 2 years in Breast Imaging/Oncology, valid Arizona RN license or Compact State license, and BLS. Certification as Breast Health Navigator is preferred;
