• Maximize occupancy through effective marketing and resident retention strategies
• Stay informed on market conditions and competitive pricing
• Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements and related documents
• Coordinate property repairs and ongoing maintenance
• Foster a motivated, high-performing community team
• Conduct property inspections and follow up to protect and enhance value
• Assist the Lead Property Manager with long-term planning initiatives
• Provide after-hours and emergency on-call coverage as needed
• Deliver superior customer service to prospects, residents, and team members

• Competitive salary range: $55,000 – $85,000 DOE
