Taco Bell - Up to $23.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts as Shift Lead to meet Taco Bell standards and resolve customer concerns.;
Coach and guide team members, supervise shift tasks, and maintain a clean, neat appearance.;
Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.;
Provide regular feedback to the General Manager on team member performance.;
Assist the General Manager with screening candidates and with cash control, inventory, and labor management.
