We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Wireless Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with product information, helping them select the best wireless plans and devices to meet their needs, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the wireless industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers.

• Sell Metro By T-Mobile cellphones and service plans.
• Understand and explain wireless products and services to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wireless technology and products.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide basic technical support to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain a clean and organized store.
• Achieve Company Goals and Metrics.
• Stay up to date with corporate store codes and standards for passing compliance scores.
• Travel from store to store to cover shifts.

Job Type: Full‑time (Permanent)

Salary: $31,200 – $49,200 per year
