Ross Stores -  -  - Responsibilities:
Greets all customers by making eye contact, smiling, and saying hello; assists customers with merchandise and answers questions in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.;
Maintains a clean, organized store by performing cleaning tasks and ensuring merchandise presentation per guidelines.;
Processes transactions accurately at the register and handles cash, checks, and card transactions following company policies.;
Maintains safety and security on the sales floor, reports unsafe conditions to store leadership, and participates in loss prevention practices.;
Supports daily merchandising and stocking tasks, including expediting newly received merchandise to the sales floor and maintaining brand name familiarity within departments.
