Job OverviewAs a Warehouse Colleague, you’ll help create a seamless, customer‑focused experience behind the scenes. Whether you’re receiving, storing, picking, packing, sorting, or shipping, your attention to detail and commitment to safety will ensure every item is handled with care and purpose.
Full‑time colleagues typically work 30 or more hours per week; part‑time colleagues work 12–24 hours per week. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability. Information regarding hours per week needed for benefit eligibility purposes can be found here:
What you will do- Receiving and Unloading:
Load and unload cartons and merchandise from delivery trucks, conveyor systems, and other equipment. - Sorting and Organizing:
Lift, carry, push, and pull packages continuously and repetitively. - Processing:
Complete all processing, receiving, and shipping activities on time in accordance with productivity standards. - Technology:
Accurately and efficiently input data using PCs, handheld computers, radio frequency equipment, or similar devices, mastering area‑specific functions across warehouse systems. - Safety:
Perform job functions safely and promptly report any accidents or safety hazards to the safety committee. - Equipment:
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed. - Team
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals, maintain a positive work environment, and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and People Leaders. Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English. - Shift Start:
Wear your name badge, follow dress code, attend start‑ups, know who is supporting you, check your work area, and stay informed on daily goals. - Prioritize the Customer:
Get to your department quickly, work with speed and accuracy, handle merchandise with care, and pack each customer’s package thoughtfully. - Hospitality is a feeling – it starts with you:

- No education or experience required.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Self‑starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations and needs.
- Proficient use of computers and handheld technology.
- Must understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors, and read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing or walking (up to 12 hours), frequent use of computers and handheld equipment, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting items weighing up to 50–75 lbs, and using visual and hearing senses for safety alarms and warning devices.
