United Beauty Supply is looking for a part‑time Retail Associate (average of 20 hours per week). We are looking for shifts of 9:00am‑2:00pm or 11:00am‑4:00pm — you pick! This includes some weekend shifts.

Our Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for selling and promoting products in our retail environment. The position requires exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with our amazing team.

As our sales associate you will greet customers and provide excellent customer service.

Build solid rapport with our customers, creating a premier shopping experience.

We are beauty advisors; you will be engaging and educating our customers with a consulting approach.

Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and making recommendations to meet our client's needs.

Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions. Maintain a clean and organized store, stock and replenish merchandise as inventory is sold.

Resolve customer complaints and issues, work collaboratively with the store team.

Maintain the store appearance; it is a reflection of who we are.

Must be 18 years of age or older, required.

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of retail sales experience is a huge plus.

Demonstrated skillset to provide a premier experience for our clients.

Strong verbal communication skills with our customer base, co‑workers and leadership.

A true team player attitude.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash transactions.

Flexible work availability, including weekends and holidays.

This is a fast‑paced sales environment, and the ability to think quickly and multitask is essential. The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and helping customers while achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
