We are a fast-growing business that offers solutions to clients in the public and private sectors across Arizona and the Southwest. With a base salary, and uncapped commissions, you will have unlimited earning potential.

Your success will come with your ability to relate with customers and help them solve common problems faced in managing their security and IT environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calling and email campaigns to set up face-to-face appointments.
  • Work as a key member of the sales team to help develop timely sales and marketing strategies which meet the immediate needs of your target clients and their industries.
  • Learn the core-essentials of each new business to help establish relationships and generate interest among key decision-makers.
  • Identify customer needs and communicate how company products and services fulfill those needs.
  • Collaborate with sales team to assist in executing successful strategies for securing new business.
Qualifications
  • Candidate should ideally have 1-3 years of outbound phone B2B sales experience, preferably in the information technology (MSP) and/or cyber security sector.
  • A high level of energy and commitment to achieving your sales goals in a dynamic, supportive environment.
  • Excellent communication skills. Persuasive with good listening skills.
  • Aggressive self-starter with excellent prospecting and relationship building skills.
  • Interest in learning about new businesses and solving problems for your clients.
  • Strong drive to succeed with a hunter mentality and “can-do” attitude.
