Location and Compensation

SPP Goodyear, AZ - 522A; 13735 W. Auto Drive Bldg. B, Suite 101, Goodyear, Arizona - 85338.

Pay:
Competitive pay + up to $2,500 performance bonuses.

The Inside Sales Associate works with customers to find what they want, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process.

• Establish relationships with customers by assisting walk‑in and phone customers.
• Represent the company professionally.
• Process, pull, and distribute customer products quickly and efficiently.
• Handle questions and complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Accurately perform data entry of sales orders to generate invoices.
• Secure payment of invoices with proper funds and obtain credit authorization as per policy.
• Evaluate and determine disposition of warranty items at counter per manufacturer’s policy.
• Estimate delivery dates based on vendor production and delivery schedules.
• Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years related inside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly.
• Strong counter presence and ability to deal directly with customers for a large portion of the day.
• Strong customer‑service attitude.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office programs.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations and customer issues.
• Familiarity with related product line (e.g., pool supplies, parts, chemicals or pool construction) helpful.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
