The Sales Associate is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Goodyear, AZ. This team member supports customers in‑store by answering product questions, providing recommendations, and processing sales transactions accurately. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, restocking inventory, and ensuring the sales floor and warehouse areas are organized and safe. The role involves working closely with contractors and green industry professionals, preparing orders for pickup, and coordinating with other team members to meet customer needs.

The Sales Associate also assists with basic administrative tasks, learns product lines, and participates in ongoing training to stay current on industry trends and company offerings.

• Demonstrated customer service and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and by phone.
• Basic sales and point‑of‑sale system experience, including handling cash, credit transactions, and order processing with attention to detail.
• General knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, or green industry products, or a strong willingness to learn and develop product expertise.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving products, organizing stock, and working in warehouse or outdoor conditions as needed.
• Strong time management, reliability, and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow procedures and support a safe work environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail, distribution, or industry‑related experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfort using basic computer applications for inventory lookup, order entry, and internal communication.
• Experiance preferred with landcaping and irrigation.
