About The Role

Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! The Art & Science of Real comes to life within our facilities located in New Jersey and Arizona — combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting‑edge, proprietary technology. As consigned goods travel into our warehouse facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing to our website.

As an Associate Photo Retoucher, you will process, edit and prepare product imagery for our website. If you are a self‑motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, quota‑driven environment, this could be the perfect match!

• Process, edit, and prepare all imagery shot for the web, achieving hourly and daily quota requirements.
• Runs quality control on raw images and retouches jpg images to match visual standards of each item type.
• Batch color corrects raw product images.
• Composites images to scale.
• Evaluates quality of color correction and retouching actualized during other workflows.
• Ensures all products in the pipeline, including exceptions, have been addressed appropriately.
• Timely meets deadlines and goals.
• Assess and report issues, as needed.
• Ensure product is handled to the highest quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency with Mac iOS, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Bridge.
• Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment.
• Self-reliant, proactive, and a drive to achieve results.
• Communicates clearly and articulately.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
• Excellent color vision.
• Able to apply sound judgment while working independently, and as part of a team, within tight timelines.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

• Experience using a Wacom tablet for retouching.

• Hourly base pay + incentive pay based on performance/quota targets achieved. Applicable to employees who work a minimum of 40 hours per month.

The expected hourly rate for this role is $16.5-$16.5. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
