Key Responsibilities- Provide early‑stage capital to support product and platform development
- Support sales and marketing expansion
- Fund AI systems and infrastructure
- Enable operational scale and execution
- Collaborate directly with founders based in Santa Barbara, CA and Phoenix, AZ on go‑to‑market strategy
- Support revenue and sales infrastructure development
- Contribute to product‑market fit and roadmap prioritization
- Advise on fundraising strategy and positioning
- Introduce strategic customers, partners, or vendors
- Facilitate regional or national partnerships
- Support future capital raises where appropriate
- Participate in periodic strategy and performance discussions
- Review company updates, KPIs, and growth milestones
