JOB SUMMARY & SCOPEResponsible for the development and execution of a strategic sales plan to achieve market sales targets, corporate objectives, promote revenue growth and client satisfaction for clients focusing on Print‑Media Solutions (Printers, Labels, Supplies).
KEYACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and execute effective sales programs that will retain and develop a current book of business as well as attract additional accounts for the profitable company growth.
- Development of new business:
Identify key target accounts and explore other business opportunities. - Implement strategies to increase recurring revenue streams and maintain gross margins focusing primarily on Print‑Media Solutions (Printers, Labels and Supplies) product categories.
- Develop annual sales plan and quotas in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
- Direct the implementation and execution of sales reporting, policies and practices to include forecasting and pipeline management.
- Participate in alignment of multiple channel selling strategies.
- Provide input and support to company leadership in the development of affiliations and partnership arrangements.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum of 5 years’ selling experience selling Printing Solution (Printers, Supplies, Labels) Solutions.
- Bachelor's degree (B.
A.) from four-year college or university; up to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel. Knowledge of Salesforce helpful.
