Sales Development Rep/SDR, Business Development, Sales Representative
• Develop new business opportunities through targeted lead generation
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and route to appropriate channels
• Support the Regional Sales Manager with account development
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
• Provide responsive sales support to end users and representatives
• Participate in monthly sales meetings to contribute updates
• Act as a first point of contact for sales inquiries
• Track demo equipment and ensure timely returns
• Identify process improvements as a team member
• Schedule appointments and coordinate activities for the Regional Sales Manager
Requirements
- MUST live in the Western region of the country
- Minimum of five years of successful sales, inside sales, business development, or lead generation experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience will be considered
- Strong hunter prospecting mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong account management, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated accountability, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
- Ability and willingness to learn a detailed technical product line
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management tools preferred
