Title: Account Development Representative

Location: Goodyear, AZ (On‑site)

Schedule: Mon‑Thu 7 am‑4 pm, Fri 7 am‑11 am (flexible). Can work a full 40‑hour week or have a half‑day Friday if you are hitting your targets.

Pay: $23–$24.50 /hr | Contract‑to‑Hire (90 day contract‑to‑hire)

• Make outbound sales calls to auto shops.
• Manage high‑volume, short sales cycles.
• Communicate product benefits clearly.
• Track leads and progress in CRM.
• Collaborate with your team to hit goals.

• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
• Telesales or inside sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable with CRM tools.
• 4‑year degree preferred but not required.

• Uncapped commissions. Example: $300k in volume = $3,600 /month in commissions.
