Account Development Representative

Goodyear, AZ (On-site)

Mon-Thu 7am-4pm, Fri 7am-11am (flexible) – Can work a full 40-hour week or have a half-day Friday if you are hitting your targets.

$23-$24.50/hr | Contract-to-Hire

• Make outbound sales calls to auto shops.
• Manage high-volume, short sales cycles.
• Communicate product benefits clearly.
• Track leads and progress in CRM.
• Collaborate with your team to hit goals.

• + Strong communication and phone skills.
• + Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• + Telesales or inside sales experience preferred.
• + Comfortable with CRM tools.
• + 4-year degree preferred but not required.

+ Uncapped commissions.

+ Example: $300k in volume = $3,600/month in commissions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goodyear, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $24.00/hr.
