Retail Sales Associate

Overview

As a Sales Associate, provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and brand loyalty.

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including greeting and serving customers, informing merchandisers/managers on stocking needs, ensuring visual standards set forth by management and the company are maintained, and problem-solving customer issues with management.
• Manage complex customer service situations for VIP clientele to ensure retention.
• Remain up-to-date on current product assortment to serve as an informed ambassador of the brand.
• Act on instructions from management and participate in occasional opening/closing duties as needed.
• Comply with professional regulations, internal rules, and code of conduct.
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings; hold yourself accountable for shift punctuality and proactively communicate obstacles to the manager.
• Serve as an ambassador to the brand by leveraging your sensibility, style, and connection to local and broader communities where our brands’ culture flourishes.

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an amazing customer experience
• Self-motivated, team player
