Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activities, and emergency response actions when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including warehouse floors, loading and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter points;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access for personnel and/or visitors, and help to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and routine observation;
Support daily logistics and distribution operations by observing trailer yards, dock areas, and high-traffic zones, communicating disruptions, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel
