As a Security Officer - Construction Site in Litchfield Park, AZ
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a construction location to monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. You will bring an agile, reliable, and innovative approach while working with a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Daytime;
Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM;
Thu 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM;
Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM;
Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM;
Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.

• A Guard Card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
