Job Overview

Response Security Officer – Garda World Security Services – Goodyear, AZ

This position is open to veterans, transitioning military, National Guard and Reserve members, military spouses, wounded warriors, and their caregivers.

• Monitor premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience preferred.
• State license if required.

Schedule:

Wed–Fri 10 pm–6 am and Sat–Sun 10 pm–6 am (Supervisor).

Hourly wage: $19.43–$21.53 (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees).
