Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of data center facilities, exterior areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.;

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific response procedures.;
Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
