Erect structural steel components for boiler room platform expansion projects, ensuring accurate placement and secure installation.;
Perform structural steel welding using SMAW and GMAW processes in all positions to meet project specifications and quality standards.;
Assemble and fit steel members and components prior to welding, verifying dimensions and alignment according to blueprints.;
Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and project plans to determine layout, measurements, and welding requirements.;
Apply proper rigging practices, including the use of slings, shackles, and other lifting devices, to safely move and position steel components.
