• 8+ years of hands-on experience (independent shop preferred, dealership welcome)
• Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
• Deep understanding of CAN networks, electrical systems, and diagnostic strategy
• Comfortable working on older vehicles, light diesel, and RVs
• Own your basic tools (we provide advanced diagnostic equipment)
• A team-first mentality — no egos, no shortcuts
• Dependable, honest, and takes pride in doing the job right

• Gas & diesel vehicles, light-duty trucks, fleet vehicles, and RVs
• Real diagnostics — not just parts swapping
• Complex repairs that other shops send away
• No fluff work — no tires, no body, no paint

• $75,000–$110,000+ annually (based on skill and productivity)
