What You Bring- 8+ years of hands-on experience (independent shop preferred, dealership welcome)
- Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
- Deep understanding of CAN networks, electrical systems, and diagnostic strategy
- Comfortable working on older vehicles, light diesel, and RVs
- Own your basic tools (we provide advanced diagnostic equipment)
- A team-first mentality — no egos, no shortcuts
- Dependable, honest, and takes pride in doing the job right
- Gas & diesel vehicles, light-duty trucks, fleet vehicles, and RVs
- Real diagnostics — not just parts swapping
- Complex repairs that other shops send away
- No fluff work — no tires, no body, no paint
- $75,000–$110,000+ annually (based on skill and productivity)
