Maintenance Tech - 2nd shift

Job Overview

DICK’S Sporting Goods is looking for a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to support our Central Distribution Centers.

Shift: 2nd shift – Monday through Thursday, 4:00 pm – 2:30 am

Pay: $25.60 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential.

• Adhere to all safety requirements, including OSHA standards, LOTO, and safe work practices.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all equipment related to the facility and conveyance systems, following preventive maintenance standards and documenting work in the asset‑management system. Base knowledge should include PLCs, conveyors, 3‑phase electric, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and related equipment.
• Assist in reporting spare parts inventory levels and daily parts usage to Maintenance leadership to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
• Assist outside vendors to complete projects within the DC in a safe and timely manner.
• Take on other responsibilities and tasks as needed to support operational needs.

• Associate’s degree or 2‑year vocational technical certificate degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical application.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
