Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Goodyear, AZ. You will troubleshoot and repair apartment community systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, and ensure timely completion of resident service orders.
The role requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. HVAC knowledge and certifications are strongly preferred; EPA Type I/II certifications are a plus.
