Empire Southwest seeks seasoned shop and field technicians with experience in heavy equipment dealerships. 100+ openings across AZ, NV, and parts of E California. Pay is scalable by experience; first shift with day schedule.
Strong emphasis on safety and technical proficiency with welding, hydraulics, engines, and Tier IV emissions systems. Responsibilities include fabricating/repairing metal parts, interpreting diagrams, operating welding equipment, and traveling to remote sites as needed.
