As a Professional Sports Scaffolding Laborer at InProduction, here is what you can expect:
  • Daily routine of scaffolding structures at professional venues such as football and soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks.
  • Crews of no more than five employees that travel from job to job together.
  • Full-time, consistent, year‑round work without uncertainty about upcoming assignments.
  • Work environment generally outdoors, in sun and fresh air while building.
  • Overnight travel routine with extended absences from home (up to 90 days).
  • Travel accommodations and hotel lodging arranged and provided by InProduction, typically two crew members per room with small kitchens for meal prep.

  • Growth and opportunity to advance to Crew Lead, Foreman, Project Manager, or other roles.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build and break down scaffolds, install ladders, walkways and handrails.
  • Assist in the safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment in accordance with project‑specific plans and layouts.
  • Inspect all scaffold components prior to assembly.
  • Clean and prepare construction sites, including removal of debris and materials.
  • Load and unload equipment and materials from truck and vehicles.
  • Study plans and equipment lists prior to on‑site installation.
  • Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed, including wearing and using safety equipment.
  • Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting and dismantling scaffolds.
  • Clean and maintain tools and equipment at the end of each shift.
  • Ensure full client satisfaction regarding the quality of service and finished product within scheduled time frames.
  • Other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Background check and drug screening required.
  • Valid driver's license preferred, with good driving record.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools (drills, saws, hammers, etc.).
  • Unafraid of heights.
  • Creative problem solver able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve company goals.
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to read and understand basic safety instructions.
  • Preferred: experience in scaffolding, carpentry, construction, laboring, or events background.
  • Must be capable of working overtime.
  • Preferred but not required: bilingual (English/Spanish).
