29th Street Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a Goodyear, AZ property to keep the site clean and perform routine repairs for resident comfort and safety.
Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC maintenance, appliance service, and coordinating with vendors to complete work orders promptly. A valid driver’s license and HVAC experience are required; multifamily experience is preferred.
