We’re looking for a skilled Mechanic Technician II who takes pride in hands‑on work, welding, and keeping essential farm equipment running at peak performance.

• Weld and repair farm implements and agricultural equipment
• Perform maintenance and mechanical service on harvest machines
• Repair and replace hydraulic hoses and bearings
• Conduct daily inspections and preventative maintenance on assigned vehicles
• Help keep critical equipment safe, reliable, and field‑ready
• Follow safety and food quality standards
• Support shop and field repair needs as they arise

• At least 1 year of farm equipment experience
• At least 1 year of solid welding experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and safety‑focused
• Strong work ethic and team mindset
• Age 18+

• Active, hands‑on mechanical work
• Indoor and outdoor conditions
• Extended standing, walking, and equipment work
• Lift up to 35 lbs occasionally
• Work in both hot and cold weather conditions
