Own complete engine life cycles: disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble CFM
56 engines and modules. Work independently with minimal supervision. Troubleshoot discrepancies. Execute work to spec and document for return to service.
- Borescope inspections and hot section diagnostics
- Engine removal, installation, and functional testing
- Module overhaul and component replacement
- AD and SB compliance
- Lease returns and pre-buy inspections
Hands-on technical depth. No desk work. Direct impact on aircraft availability and safety. Respected for what you know and what you build.
What You Bring- 3+ years CFM
56 powerplant experience (MRO or equivalent) - FAA A&P license
- Independent judgment and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge
