We are looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Technician / Department Lead to oversee and grow the HVAC division of an established plumbing and mechanical services company in the Phoenix, AZ area. This is more than a technician role - it's a leadership opportunity for someone who can run the department, drive new business, and deliver top-quality service to both residential and commercial clients.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the HVAC department across commercial and residential accounts
• Coordinate technician scheduling, project timelines, and job completion
• Generate and follow up on sales leads to keep a steady pipeline of incoming business
• Perform and supervise HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance on residential and commercial systems
• Ensure quality control and code compliance on all jobs
• Represent the company professionally with clients and maintain strong customer relationships

• Proven experience in commercial and residential HVAC systems
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC repair, installation, and diagnostics
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Sales experience or a willingness to actively contribute to business development
• Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
• Arizona HVAC license preferred
