Operate heavy-duty ready-mix trucks in compliance with all DOT, state, and federal regulations, as well as Martin Marietta's safety standards;
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and document mechanical issues;
Maintain the mixer and clean the truck exterior between loads to prevent concrete buildup;
Manage delivery tickets and ensure documentation is signed and returned for billing;
Communicate effectively with Dispatch and site crews to coordinate pours and minimize time in drum
