You will make sure vehicles are fueled, clean, and safe before they hit the road again. You will be the face of Penske—the person greeting our customers when they arrive and the one sending them off with a smile.

• Greeting our customers and ensuring a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to verify tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items
• Maintaining clean, safe facility environments for customers and associates
• Building skills through training and coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

Pay: $22.13 per hour

• High school diploma or equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Team‑player attitude
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow specific instructions, guidelines, rules, and regulations established by Penske management
• Commitment to DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety and maintenance policies, including proper use of tools, PPE, machine guarding, and best practices
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
• DOT‑regulated driving requires a current driver qualification file, annual MVR check, DOT Physical, Safety Performance History. CDL holders subject to FMCSA review.
• Willingness to work required schedule, location, submit to background screening, pass drug screen and physical, and potential travel for training is required

• Frequent movement, standing, walking, climbing, bending, sitting for extended periods during shifts
• Ability to use hands regularly to grasp, reach, touch, handle, and operate tools or controls
• Capability to work safely at heights using ladders and elevated platforms
• Ability to work safely in all weather conditions
• Must see and hear sufficiently to navigate the work environment safely
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs (45 kg). Must push/pull truck tires exceeding 100 lbs regularly
