Position:
Material Handler

Ryder is hiring a Material Handler in Goodyear, Arizona – offering weekly pay and excellent benefits.

• $22.00 per hour
• Overtime $33.00 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  6:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Tuesday & Friday – Saturday

• Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, stage products and load/unload trucks.
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing system.
• Complete performance measurement guidelines and other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator license certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse environment.
• Highly thorough, dependable, punctual with good attendance.
• Demonstrates high accuracy and ability to work under pressure.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs, stand for long periods.
• Available to work flexible schedule and various shifts.
