Transport Driver (Full Time)

We are hiring full-time Transport Drivers at American Leadership Academy in Mesa, AZ, with immediate openings. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and while previous driving experience is preferred, it is not required. The pay range for this position is $15.15 to $18.50 per hour, with various benefits including health insurance and retirement plans for full-time associates. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours that may vary and the possibility of unpaid periods during school breaks.

Working as a member of the transportation team, this individual will use a company-owned vehicle to deliver products or render services over an established route. Key responsibilities include responding to transport requests with a sense of urgency, meeting time delivery goals, following department protocols using the dispatch system appropriately, providing outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations, completing necessary logs and reports, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and resolving or reporting vehicle, building, security, or safety issues to management.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience, effective verbal and listening communication skills, and a valid driver's license ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
