Customer Service Representative Part Time

Customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of Lux Air Jet Centers products and programs as well as communicating effectively with customers, pilots, and team members within the customer service department.

This is a part-time position. Shift will fall between 2:pm to 9:pm or 6:00 am to 11:30 am

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or General Educational Development certification (GED);
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Must possess a valid state Driver's License.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Knowledge and

Skills:

  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills
  • Knowledge of software:
    Total FBO with Concierge Super Screen, Flight Bridge and TRAQP is a PLUS.
  • Being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
  • Being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative and positive attitude, attention to detail, desire to be part of a team, professional appearance and mannerisms, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Line Service Technician Full Time

Lux Air Jet Centers Goodyear, the fixed-base operator at Phoenix-Goodyear Airport has a terrific opportunity for a hard working, not afraid to take initiative, energetic customer service oriented individual. Aviation experience is preferred.

Skills/Requirements

This position requires a can-do attitude with a customer-service oriented demeanor to interact professionally and courteously with pilots, passengers and crew.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Must possess a valid state driver’s license. CDL license a plus but not required.

Must be able to lift 75 pounds above your head and be able to climb a ladder, if necessary, repeatedly per shift.

Basic math without a calculator, legible handwriting.

Ability to multitask.

Ability to clearly communicate via phone and two-way radios.

Detail oriented and, Excellent communication skills

This position consists of parking, towing, moving and marshaling aircraft arriving or departing ramp area, fueling, cleaning, servicing, loading and unloading aircraft using a variety of equipment including refuelers, tugs, forklifts.

Prior aviation experience (military or civilian) preferred. Position is full time, with occasional opportunities for overtime. Hours and days will vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays. We are offering full-time hours, competitive wages and benefits.

Line Service Supervisor Full Time

The Line Service Supervisor is responsible for providing consistent direction and management of the line services department and maintenance functions in compliance with company manuals and applicable regulations. Daily responsibilities include performing quality control procedures, facilitating audits, maintenance, and ensuring all equipment is maintained and operating. Other duties include, parking, towing, moving and marshaling aircraft arriving or departing the ramp area, fueling, cleaning, servicing, loading and unloading aircraft using a variety of equipment including refuelers, tugs, forklifts, etc.

This position also requires performance of janitorial and maintenance of the Lux Air Jet Centers Facility.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or General Educational Development certification (GED);
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license. CDL license a plus but not required.
  • Must maintain through adherence to regulations and best practices the Fuel Handler’s Permit as licensed by the City of Phoenix Aviation Department.
