We manage parts so businesses don’t have to. The NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) program partners with companies that need on‑site assistance running a highly efficient parts department within their business. In other words, it’s a "Store inside a Store/Company." We collaborate with ground support maintenance stations for major airlines, government vehicle maintenance stations, utility companies, construction companies, car dealerships, and more.
NAPA provides parts management, supply‑chain expertise, and customer care that improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities- Deliver parts to customers while developing and maintaining positive relationships.
- Pick up parts from multiple vendors, accurately stock the stockroom, and maintain inventory records.
- Focus continually on safety while driving and delivering parts.
- Represent NAPA as a brand ambassador during customer interactions.
- Build long‑term relationships with delivery recipients.
- Maintain the delivery truck by adhering to safety checklists, keeping the vehicle clean, and performing basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure.
- Ability to bend to floor‑level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) using a stool or ladder; stamina to stand and walk throughout the shift and lift up to 60 lbs.
- Accurate handling of cash charge transactions and return processing.
- Maintenance of a distribution log or tracking system for all pickups and deliveries.
- Professional inspection, protection, and maintenance of company assets, merchandise, vehicles, buildings, and people.
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
- Ability to navigate metropolitan areas using maps and directions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver’s license.
