CDL-A OTR Team Driver – Fed Ex Routes

Outsource Service LLC (OSS) is seeking experienced and dependable CDL-A OTR Team Drivers for long-term/direct-hire opportunities supporting Fed Ex transportation routes.

Drivers will operate as part of a team, traveling interstate from one Fed Ex location to another. Team drivers will alternate driving responsibilities to keep freight moving and meet scheduled destination times.

Locations:
Phoenix, AZ – 1 Driver needed
Houston, TX – 2 Drivers needed

Schedule:
Drivers may start Monday night/Tuesday morning and return Saturday/Sunday. There may also be opportunities for schedules involving approximately two weeks on the road.

Pay:

• Solo Driver: $0.70 per mile

• Two-Driver Team: $0.90 per mile

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 1 year of driving experience

• Doubles endorsement required

• Safely operate interstate routes between Fed Ex locations

• Work effectively as part of a two-driver team

• Maintain a good driver safety record

• Must pass required drug screening and background check

• English-speaking or bilingual

• Team-driving experience is a plus

• Dependable and able to meet scheduled delivery times

• Comfortable with OTR travel and extended time on the road
