Overview
Perform the unloading, loading, warehousing, and staging of merchandise throughout the Distribution Center using manual and/or mechanical means.
Responsibilities- Unload inbound freight / load outbound freight
- Sort, warehouse, stage, and load/unload cartons in an accurate, safe, and efficient manner
- Pull merchandise from multiple levels of shelving or move merchandise to open areas for pulling and distribution in replenishment department
- Must be able to work in all departments performing various functions of the Material Handler position on a regular, consistent basis
- Must be able to perform physical requirements (described below) on a regular, consistent basis
- Must meet monthly production and quality standards
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Operate manual and/or mechanical equipment in a safe and effective manner and maintain proper certifications
- CONTINUOUS (67% TO 100%)
- Lifting 1-50 lbs. to 60” (shoulder height)
- Lifting 1-35 lbs. to 78” (overhead)
- Carry 1-50 lbs. up to 10 ft.
- Standing / Walking

- Bilateral Hand Coordination
- FREQUENT (34% TO 66%)
- Stair Climbing and performing work at Platform Heights up to 60 ft.
- Overhead Reaching
- Gripping 26-34 lbs.
- Lateral Pinch up to 10 lbs.
- Push/Pull 1-20 lbs.
- Bending / Squatting / Kneeling
- OCCASIONAL (1% TO 33%)
- Carry 1-50 lbs. up to 15 ft.
- Horizontal Pulling 1-35 lbs.
- Complete all paperwork for any warehousing or replenishment activity in an accurate and neat manner
- Performs all aspects of the Merchandise Processor position upon request of supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school education or equivalent
- Three months previous Distribution Center experience or equivalent experience
- Ability to perform basic math skills accurately including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
- Must be able to fill out paperwork and forms neatly and accurately
