Overview
Reporting to the Operations Manager or Warehouse Manager, the full-time Warehouse Loader position is responsible for assisting in warehouse activities including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance.
Responsibilities- Load bulk and route trucks, including loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks.
- Work from order sheets to build loads using a forklift and electronic pallet jack.
- Oversee accuracy in loading and comply with shipper/receiver documentation.
- Follow warehouse instructions in building loads while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Operate in various weather conditions as required.
- Ability to lift a very high volume of cases of product per day, with weights typically 20–45 pounds per case, repeatedly during a long work period.
- Flexibility to work in a labor-intensive role with attention to safety and accuracy.
