Forklift Operator

We're actively hiring 20+ Forklift Operators to support a major warehouse expansion and relocation project in the West Valley. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced warehouse professionals looking for steady work, a team environment, and the opportunity to be part of a large-scale logistics operation with ongoing growth potential.

Thursday & Friday

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday

• Day Shift: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Must be available to work the assigned schedule, including weekend shifts.

• Operate forklifts and other powered warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, stage, and organize inventory
• Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
• Pick and put away product accurately
• Verify counts, labels, and shipping documentation
• Conduct daily equipment inspections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns
• Follow all company and customer safety procedures

• Minimum 6 months of forklift experience preferred
• Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification during onboarding
• Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment throughout the shift
• Ability to work in warehouse environments, including temperature-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas
• Comfortable performing physically active work throughout the day
