We're actively hiring 20+ Forklift Operators to support a major warehouse expansion and relocation project in the West Valley. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced warehouse professionals looking for steady work, a team environment, and the opportunity to be part of a large-scale logistics operation with ongoing growth potential.

Schedule:

Thursday & Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday:
Day shift: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM, 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Monday:
Must be available to work the assigned schedule, including weekend shifts.

What you'll do:

Operate forklifts and other powered warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Load, unload, move, stage, and organize inventory

Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations

Pick and put away product accurately

Verify counts, labels, and shipping documentation

Conduct daily equipment inspections

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns

Follow all company and customer safety procedures

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of forklift experience preferred

Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred

Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification during onboarding

Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical requirements:

Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment throughout the shift

Ability to work in warehouse environments, including temperature-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas

Comfortable performing physically active work throughout the day
