Picker - 2nd Shift / Mon-Thurs - 10 hrs (Transportation)

Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker to join our warehouse team. As a Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

• Read and accurately fill customer orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped.
• Assemble orders on pallets or in totes, ensuring items are securely placed to prevent damage during transport.
• Effectively scan barcodes (LPN's, UPC's, location codes) on all items being picked or moved between locations to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Complete necessary documentation, both paper and digital, to fulfill the detailed requirements of each pick, ensuring proper record-keeping.
• Weigh and count items for distribution within the warehouse to ensure they meet company standards and match order specifications.
• Cross department training and teamwork are essential for optimum performance. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Willingness to perform any other duties required to support business operations and facilities maintenance, whether occasionally or permanently assigned by Management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate order picking and documentation.
• Ability to operate barcode scanners and other relevant equipment.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects as required.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and accept additional responsibilities when needed.

THIS IS A 2ND SHIFT ROLE, 4-10's - Mon-Thurs / 2PM-12:45AM
