REI Co-op is hiring Cardboard Sort Associates for a seasonal role in Goodyear, AZ, through 12/18/2026. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and pays $17.84 per hour, with potential for permanent roles.
You will support our recycling program in the distribution center by safely handling cardboard, lifting 20–30 pounds, standing for long shifts, and collaborating with teammates. Advancement opportunities exist as the season progresses.
