Best Buy in Goodyear, AZ seeks a DC Area Manager to lead a Delivery Distribution Center team responsible for receipt, storage and distribution to stores, warehouses and home deliveries. This is a salaried role with hours around 4:30 AM–1:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends based on business needs.
You will coach an hourly staff, drive safety and quality, and partner with peers to meet productivity goals while fostering a culture of improvement aligned with Best Buy values.
