Parts Shipping and Receiving Clerk

• Order pulling, shipping, receiving, putting up stock, and pressing forklift tires
• Perform inventory control, including cycle counts of stockroom, vans, and customer consignments
• Process inbound and outbound parts returns
• Assist with year-end processing and reporting
• Maintain records and files
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills
• Microsoft Office experience
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future are not eligible for hire

Demonstrates proficiency in inventory control, including cycle counts and processing inbound and outbound parts returns, while ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively handling customer inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
