This is a Warehouse Associate — Picking/Packing opportunity based in Goodyear, AZ, working indoors in a temperature-controlled facility to pick and pack medical scrubs and apparel.

It's a production environment with clear daily goals, but the physical demands are straightforward: the product is lightweight, with no significant heavy lifting — though you will be on your feet for the entirety of the shift. Previous warehouse experience is a plus but genuinely not required. What matters more is reliability: showing up for your scheduled shift, keeping pace with the team, and meeting daily production targets.

Most warehouse postings leave you guessing about your actual schedule until you're already in the building. This one doesn't, you'll know your onboarding time, your training date, your first full day, and even how your first week differs from your regular schedule, all before you ever commit. The facility is climate-controlled, so you're not working through Arizona heat, and the product itself is lightweight, no heavy lifting required.

• Pick and pack medical scrubs and apparel to meet daily production goals.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Use handheld scanners or similar technology to track orders as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area throughout your shift.

• Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of a shift.
• Comfort working toward daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable personal transportation (see Location & Travel below).
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail.

• $17.90/hr
• Onsite
• A Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:45 AM–3:15 PM (10.5-hour shifts).
• Onboarding: AM Onboarding at 7:30 AM
