OTE: £44,000+ | Basic Salary: £38,000 (4 on / 4 off Days, 6am-6pm)

This is a chance to join a long‑established national fleet maintenance provider supporting a major UK retail logistics operation. You’ll be responsible for the maintenance and repair of heavy goods vehicles and trailers across a large retail fleet. Key duties include:

• Completing servicing, inspections and general repairs
• Diagnosing electrical, mechanical and hydraulic faults
• Preparing vehicles for MOT testing
• Carrying out welding, fabrication and workshop equipment use
• Supporting apprentices and maintaining accurate job records

• NVQ Level 3 in HGV Maintenance or equivalent experience
• Proven background as an HGV Technician
• Valid Class 1 licence
• Confident using diagnostic equipment and workshop tools
• Strong communication skills and a team‑focused approach
