Admin Spec - Warden OFC; SB) Allendale Correctional Inst, Fairfax; ALLENDALE) Level 2

• Under the direct supervision of the administrative assistant, this position will be assigned as the switchboard operator.
• Responsible for answering the institutional switchboard and routing the calls to the appropriate personnel/department.
• Develop and maintain a filing system for incident reports.
• Coordinates and schedule attorney visits to the institution.
• Responsible for retrieving, assigning tracking numbers and entering inmate grievances into the Mainframe.
• Perform administrative duties for other areas as required by the Warden or Administrative Assistant.
• This position will also serve as the receptionist for the Warden's Area.

A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.

Preferred:
An associate's degree in secretarial science or a related field; or two (2) years of clerical experience
