Target is looking for an On‑Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to welcome guests, assist with product questions, and support a fast, friendly shopping experience. You may select shifts through the myTime app and must respond promptly to scheduling needs.
As an On‑Demand TM, you’ll not be on a fixed weekly schedule and may work varying hours, including nights and weekend peak times. Training and orientation will prepare you for day‑to‑day guest services and store operations.
